For over 40 years, Harold has been running a successful small furniture shop together with his wife, Marny. But when IKEA decides to open a new superstore right next door, Harold and Marny are unable to compete and lose both their shop and their home to the bank. In mounting anger and desperation, Harold wants revenge. He arms himself with a pistol and sets off for Älmhult, Sweden, in order to kidnap his nemesis – the founder of IKEA, Ingvar Kamprad. But unfortunately, Kamprad is quite happy to be kidnapped.

Gunnar Vikene directed his first feature film, FALLING SKY (HIMMELFALL) in 2002 which received both critical acclaim and box-office success. In 2006 he made the family film, TRIGGER which was then selected for the Berlin International Film Festival in 2007. In 2009 he wrote and directed his third feature, VEGAS. The film has won a number of international prizes, screening at festivals such as the Sarajevo Film Festival, Tallinn Black Night Film Festival, CPH:PIX and BUFF International Children and Young People’s Film Festival. VEGAS was also nominated for eight Amanda Awards in 2010 and took home the prize for the best script. In 2014 Vikene wrote and directed HERE IS HAROLD, starring Bjørn Sundquist.
